Directions
Benefits build over time. Consistency is key. While showering, scoop up body scrub and massage gently onto wet/damp skin in a circular motion, rinse well. Use 2-3 times a week or as needed. May leave bathtub or shower floor slippery, please be careful. Real change takes time. Each week compounds on the last, revealing smoother, firmer, younger-looking skin you can see and feel. Your skin has a natural 28 day cycle for renewing.

Keep your products in a cool, dark place to maintain their chemical stability and effectiveness.

How gentle is gently? When you polish your skin, you do not want to see the skin move much underneath your fingers. To scrub too hard could help break down the connective tissue that keeps your skin firm.
