Shipping policy

At Hugs 'n Bubbles, every order is formulated by an esthetician, handcrafted, molded, cut, labeled, packed, and shipped with care from my small one-woman soap studio in Georgia since 2005.

Shipping Details

  • Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders of $35.00 or more
  • Shipping charge of $5.00 for all orders under $35.00
  • Minimum order of $10.00
  • Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Fulfillment time is approximately 3 days, longer during sales and holidays
  • Typical delivery time is approximately 4 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information is provided with every order
  • USPS insurance up to $100.00 is included for eligible shipments
  • Georgia Sales Tax is 7%
  • Shipping to the USA only

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. Orders placed during these times may require approximately 5–6 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, Hugs 'n Bubbles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend being available to receive your package on the estimated delivery date or contacting USPS to arrange pickup if needed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take pride in packaging every order carefully to help ensure safe delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Then contact us at hello@hugsnbubbles.com so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible

If a package is lost during transit, please contact the USPS first using your tracking number, then reach out to us for assistance.
